I joined a CSA this year and always dread the mountains of salad greens I get in the spring because I never have the desire to eat them all. Not anymore! This salad dressing can make a salad come together with a burger on top, or chicken or whatever protein you like. It's very versatile and I've never tasted this flavor with any other bottled dressing. So smart to combine balsamic in a creamy base. Yum!

I love this dressing! It is absolutely perfect for summer salads and marinating chicken in for easy summer grilling. I used it as a dressing on my Caprese salad which was delicious and easy!
