I was not entirely sure what to expect with a ‘creamy’ balsamic but man, it was a happy surprise! Love it on a grilled (insert protein) salad or need to dip. So so good!

I think this is a perfect option as a balsamic vinaigrette. Perfect amount of vinegar and I love using it as a marinade for chicken as well.
