By participating in this Cohort, you acknowledge that you have consulted with a qualified healthcare professional, such as a licensed medical doctor, regarding your physical and mental health, and have obtained any necessary medical clearance or advice regarding your participation in the Whole30.

If you are pregnant, have a diagnosed medical condition like type 2 diabetes, or are currently taking prescription medication, you must have your doctor's express permission to do the Whole30 before joining the Cohort, and be under their supervision throughout your program. Whole30 cannot provide medical advice, personalized dietary advice or meal plans, or answer questions about your health condition or treatment.

By participating in this Cohort, you further affirm that you do not currently suffer from, or have a history of, any eating disorders, including but not limited to anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge-eating disorder, or any other related conditions. If you have any such condition, you are advised not to participate in this Cohort, as the Whole30 is contra-indicated for such individuals.

You acknowledge that participation in the Whole30 may involve some level of inherent risk, and you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation. These risks may include but are not limited to physical injuries, psychological stress, or other unforeseen consequences. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and waive any claims, demands, and causes of action against Thirty and Co, Inc. from any liability, loss, injury, or damage that may arise in connection with your participation in the Cohort.
